McLardy McShane strengthens executive team with insurance rising star

McLardy McShane Group has continued to strengthen its executive team with the appointment of Shaneika Sutherland as National Development Manager.  

Starting in the newly formed role this week, Sutherland will be focused on broadening the Group’s relationships across Australia, as well as assisting with the management of the current growing network.  

Sutherland’s most recent role was Broker Operations and Distribution Manager for Bizcover where she was for seven years.  

She was named one of Insurance Business Australia's Rising Stars for 2023, recognising her personal growth as well as the benefit she was generating for her clients.  

McLardy McShane Group Chief Operating Officer Meg Long said Sutherland’s role will help to ensure the continued growth strategy of the Company.

“She comes to us with many years’ experience building out business models and fostering relationships, plus she is the perfect culture fit!” 

Sutherland said she is excited to embark on a new journey in her career.

Sutherland’s role will be based in Sydney.
