    One of my most loved hobbies is cooking for family and friends. In a short time away from Insurance I studied commercial cookery at TAFE and once had my own catering company.

    A favourite pastime is finding a great restaurant that is a hidden gem in a city that I am visiting (great thing to do in my travels around Australia visiting our Branches and Authorised Representatives)

    Some 10 years ago now I shaved my hair to raise money for the McGrath Foundation and raised in excess of $15K and I am still hanging onto the picture in my LinkedIn profile (even though I should update it).

    In my 6 years at McLardy McShane I have developed an appreciation and love of the AFL. I’m often torn between supporting the Swans and the Demons. Although, if Mike and Don are reading this, I always support the Demons!!!

    I’m the youngest of three and the only one in my family living in Australia.

    My favourite food, and I know this sounds way too stereotypical, but all forms of potato - mash, roasted, boiled, fried you name it - it’s on my plate!

    I’m not tied to any team but love all sports, especially any type of physical sport.

    I would love to go to Japan and do a food tour.

    I’m going home (Ireland) to get married in May 2025.
