A stellar 2024 continues for McLardy McShane

McLardy McShane continues to be acknowledged as a market leader throughout the industry, with Insurance Business announcing the Group as one of the Top Insurance Employers of 2024.

The nomination extends what has been a stellar 2024 for McLardy McShane, with the Company named the Australian Brokerage of the Year and Large Brokerage of the Year at the Insurance Business Awards in May before earning one of four finalist positions in ANZIIF’s Authorised Representative Network of the Year earlier this month.

This latest honour, as a Top Insurance Employer, is a result of “hundreds of companies’ employees completing anonymous forms evaluating their workplace”.

Insurance Business explained “the best insurance companies to work for exceed employee expectations across various metrics”, including a safe working environment, a positive workplace culture and strong career development.
