Richard Davies receives Rising Star nomination

McLardy McShane is incredibly proud of one of its own, Richard Davies, for receiving a nomination as one of Insurance Business Australia’s Rising Stars of 2024.

Richard joined us in December 2022 and quickly proved himself an integral part of the Company.

Now having been a part of the McLardy McShane family for two years, Richard, as our National Manager - Partnerships & AR Network, has been a key contributor to the growth of our AR network and has strengthened the strategic alignment with our insurer partners over this period.

Chief Operating Officer Meg Long said Richard embodies the Company’s values with his relentless willingness to go above and beyond for anyone within the network.
